A rotation key is a key you hold that can update your did:plc identity without your PDS. If your PDS ever disappears or turns against you, it lets you point your identity at a new PDS and keep your account. This page generates one in your browser and adds its public half to your identity through your PDS. Your private key never leaves this page, so save it when it is shown.
